On April 22, 2009, Northern Illinois Food Bank (NIFB) hosted its 11th Annual Volunteer Appreciation Dinner – Celebration of Caring XI. The evening was spent with nearly 300 of the dedicated volunteers that help make feeding our hungry neighbors in northern Illinois a reality! NIFB honored volunteers for their years of service and dedication to the cause.  Guests enjoyed a fun-filled evening at St. Andrews Golf and Country Club. Attendees enjoyed an evening of dinner, prizes, and an awards ceremony.  Thank you to all those who attended.
