Labeling and Special Project Assistants
Special projects and labeling products for distribution to NIFB partner agencies are available for groups interested in getting involved at the food bank branch location. Groups of up to 30 volunteers are welcome! 

• Weekday shifts available (for groups)

• Wednesday evenings from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

• The third Saturday of each month from 9:00 a.m. to noon

The Lake County Branch of NIFB can accommodate individual volunteers and groups of up to 30 people. Many companies and organizations find volunteering at NIFB an excellent team-building experience. For planning purposes, volunteers must sign up in advance by contacting NIFB at 847.336.3663.
