Northern Illinois Food Bank views its volunteers as ambassadors in the fight against hunger. The Speaker's Bureau was created to allow volunteers the opportunity to reach out into the community and make a difference in the lives of others.

As a member of the Speaker's Bureau, you will help to spread hunger awareness in northern Illinois by making presentations to service clubs, churches, civic organizations and other community events. It is Northern Illinois Food Bank's hope that as relationships are formed with the community, others will be encouraged to take action.
